2024年1月20日にTMCフォーラムをプライムセントラルタワー13階 第6会議室にて開催しました。
株式会社アドバンテッジリスクマネジメント シニアコンサルタントである鬼頭幸三氏を招聘し、「新しい時代のパワーハラスメント対策」というテーマでご講演いただきました。
鬼頭氏から「ハラスメントの基礎知識から、防止対策、被害にならないために」などいろいろな方向でハラスメント対策についてお話いただきました。
特にアサーションスキルの一つであるassertive(主張的)スキルについてのお話は、多くの聴講者から「心に響いた」と感想が寄せられました。
また、講演後の質疑応答も活発に行われました。
講演の後は第21会議室会に移動して、懇親会を行いました。
ひと時歓談したのちに、各グループの紹介、新入会員、ビジターの自己紹介を行い、普段あまり顔を合わすことが少ない他グループとの会員交流が行われました。

TMC Forum 2024 Activity Record
The TMC Forum was held on January 20, 2024, at the 6th conference room on the 13th floor of Prime Central Tower.
We invited Kozo Kito, a senior consultant at Advantage Risk Management Co., Ltd., to give a lecture on the theme of “Countermeasures against power harassment in a new era.”
Mr. Kito talked about harassment countermeasures in a variety of ways, including “basic knowledge of harassment, preventive measures, how to avoid becoming a victim, ”etc.
In particular, the assertive skill, which is one of the assertion skills, seemed to resonate with the audience, and many commented that it was a good thing. There was also a lively question session after the lecture.
After the lecture, we moved to the 21st conference room and held a social gathering.
After a brief chat, each group was introduced, new members and visitors introduced themselves, and members exchanged information with other groups that they rarely met.
